How It Works

  1. When your ready to purchase a home contact a Premier Plus Properties Realtor® to become your Buyer Representative.
  2. After you sign a Buyers Agreement and a Broker Rebate agreement, you can earn up to 1.5% of the sale price. That's up to 50% of our net commission, once you have successfully completed your real estate purchase. (closed escrow)
  3. A Ten Percent (10%) commission fee is deducted from all gross commissions before any rebate can be paid to buyers.
  4. In addition to the above commission fee, a $395.00 Transaction Fee will also be deducted from gross commission before any rebate can be paid to buyers.
  5. This Broker Rebate For Buyers program is based on Premier Plus Properties LLC receiving 3% of sales price (or 3% commission split) If the commission split is less than 3% of the sale price, then the difference is deducted from the buyers rebate. (Example):

  6. Rebate is also based on the number of properties we show you and/or submit an offer for. (Example below is based on 50% rebate to buyers.)
    • 1-3 properties: 50% cash back rebate
    • 4 properties: 45% cash back rebate
    • 5 properties: 40% cash back rebate
    • 6 properties: 35% cash back rebate
    • 7 properties: 30% cash back rebate
    • 8 properties: 25% cash back rebate
    • 9 properties: 20% cash back rebate
    • 10 properties: 15% cash back rebate
    • 11+ properties: 10% cash back rebate
Note:Our Broker Rebate for Buyers program is not intended to rush buyers into making hasty decision. Nor is it designed to punish buyers that view a lot of homes. Furthermore, we are not punishing buyers for viewing homes that may pay less in commission splits. Our Broker Rebate for Buyers program simply rewards the buyers that take the time to do some of the research prior to our agents setting up viewing appointments. This is designed to eliminate time wasted by our agents showing homes to Buyers that clients don't want to see. At the same time, allowing Premier Plus Properties LLC, to earn enough compensation to cover operating expenses. We have set this program up with you the buyer in mind, so if the cooperative commission split is at least 3%, and the buyer wants to see one home, or eleven homes the client can still earn a percentage of the commission.



At any rate, your rebate is an amount taken from the sales commission earned by Premier Plus Properties LLC. The rebates we offer do not interfere with incentives that builders, or sellers may be offering, too you the buyer. It is our use of the Internet, and the Home Office Concept, along with our unique relationship with our Buyer/Clients (who are willing to do some of the legwork) that allows Premier Plus Properties LLC to pass along large rebate checks in the amounts of thousands to our buyers/client.

Attention: Your rebate is based on the Commission split & the number of properties we personally visit with you and/or submit an offer to purchase. The example below is based on receiving a 3% commission split:




Example of Rebate Calculation:

(Based on 3% commission split)

Home Purchase Price: $300,000
Buyer's Agent receives 3% of Sales Price: $9000.00
($9,000 x 10%) = $900.00 (10% commission fee paid to Brokerage)
$9,000.00 - $900.00 = $8,100.00
($8,100.00 - $395.00) = $7,705.00 ($395.00 is transaction fee paid to Brokerage)
$7,705.00 split 50/50 between Buyers Agent & Home buyer, $3,852.50 each.
Buyer Receives $3,852.50 Cash Back Rebate based on 50% Rebate
Buyer Receives $3,467.25 Cash Back Rebate based on 45% Rebate
Buyer Receives $3,082.00 Cash Back Rebate based on 40% Rebate
And So On....
